DecraTex™ is the trademark given to our 4 and 6 mil. vinyl wallcovering line.
This product is sold into the manufactured housing and recreational vehicle markets in large roll quanitites, through a laminating company. The laminator applies the vinyl to a 4' x 8' luaun or wallboard substrate.
DecraTex™ is printed in over 400 patterns, textures and embossed combinations and due to the large order quantities, is often custom colored by the end users' designers. VyTech maintains a library of more than 2500 print and embossing cylinders, and continually adds new patterns through in-house design updates and original artwork purchases.
Our Creative Service Department combines, prints, colors and embosses, giving you a lab sample of your custom coloration prior to your order. The Creative Service Department can custom color any of the DecraTex™ printed vinyls to coordinate with fabric and carpet samples. Patterns are then manufactured on a per order basis, and inventory is not maintained on our printed patterns. Laminators and their customers are supplied with a sample book in which many of the patterns and colorways are ordered on a regular basis. Laminators maintain inventory of patterns per their customers request.
DecraTex™ is well known in the industry for its focus on current styles and colors. With a watchful eye in future design trends happening in interior textiles, our Director of Design purchases surface designs that are directed at this industry, not relying on designs taken from a retail wallcovering library. This means special attention in regards to the industries "no side match" specifications and scaled to our markets needs.
DecraTex™ patterns are placed with most of the OEM's in the country in both RV & Manufactured housing.
