TriGlas® Room Darkening Fabric
VyTech has been a leader in the manufacture of Room Darkening Roller Blind fabrics for years. Our TriGlas® shade material has over 35 years of field use.
This heavy 12 oz., four ply vinyl laminate offers FR performance combined with excellent hanging characteristics. It is composed of a 100% woven fiberglass fabric and a room darkening film, sandwiched between two shaded films for color control. We at VyTech are unique in that we manufacture our own vinyl film in house, along with controlling the total lamination process. This allows us complete control of the manufacturing process, resulting in quality surpassed by none.
We also have the unique ability to enhance the appearance of this material through our print technology, thus creating some unique and stunning designs not normally seen in room darkening fabric of this type.
Shade material is available in widths ranging from 36" up to 77" in some colors. Standard roll sizes are 30 yards per roll with custom put ups available upon request.
In addition, VyTech TriGlas® fabric makes an excellent vertical material. Straight hanging soft verticals offer great sunlight protection and energy efficiency as well as quiet, easy to clean performance. Vertical material is available in 3.5 inch (89mm) and 5" (127mm). Standard put up is 100 yards per roll. 100 meter rolls are available upon request.
Vertical Fabrics VyGard, VyGard II, Classic and Naturally are non-woven stitch bonded polyester which is available in different patterns, colors, textures, and can be FR treated. GlasTex is a double coated 100% woven fiberglass fabric that is partially translucent and used either for vertical and roller shades. |
Room Darkening Shade Fabrics TriGlas is a PVC film and fiberglass laminate in solid colors or decoratively printed patterns. This material also can be provided slit for vertical applications. |
Solar Screen Shade Fabric Ambiance is a screen fabric offered in a wide range of decorative patterns with a soft muted appearance. |
