Print / Lamination Overview

VyTech toll coats, prints and laminates on a variety of polymer films and fabrics, including acrylic, PVC, styrene, polyester and polyethylene films and polyester and nonwoven fabrics. We can print or coat films on one of our five rotogravure print machines, which can handle widths from 40 to 74 inches. We coat and print with both solvent and water based systems and we can utilize from one to six coating heads through our print lines. VyTech can coat two sides of a sheet in one pass, in widths up to 72 inches. We also have the capability to print and emboss in line up to 60 inches in width. If you are interested in printing, you can chose from our library of over 3,200 designs or we can develop a design specifically for your application.

We have three laminating lines. We can laminate from two to five plies with either heat and/or adhesive (water, solvent or plastisol) in finished widths up to 78 inches and have the capability to add embossing textures, from our library of cylinders.

We can coat various fabrics, films and scrims on our coating line in widths up to 78 inches. We compound our own coatings in house.
VyTech has a full service Creative Services Department, which is capable of producing full width, 54 inch prints.
